About

Nice to meet you

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Jessica Gordon, and I have over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, with a deep focus on Private Clients during my time at First Republic Bank. Throughout my career, I specialized in residential and commercial lending, helping individuals, families, and business owners reach their financial goals with confidence.

Before joining First Republic, I began my career in consumer banking at Bank of America and US Bank, where I gained valuable insights into everyday money management, client service, and the financial needs of diverse communities.

While my career has been rooted in banking, my true passion is youth financial education. I believe that strong money habits begin early, yet financial literacy is still not widely taught in schools or even at home. I’m committed to changing that.

This work is deeply personal and purposeful to me. I’m excited to share my knowledge, my experience, and my heart with the next generation.

Thank you for being a part of this journey.

Project Ikigai

With my educational background in Psychology and Communications, combined with 25 years of professional banking experience, I have created Project Ikigai — a unique, purpose-driven financial literacy enrichment program.

Project Ikigai is designed to equip young individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to build a strong foundation in financial success, while also addressing the emotional and behavioral aspects of money management. By blending financial education with mindset coaching, Project Ikigai helps set clear financial goals, build sustainable habits, and stay accountable throughout the financial journey.

Whether you’re looking to improve budgeting, manage debt, build savings, or gain financial confidence, Project Ikigai offers a unique program and actionable financial strategies to support your long-term financial well-being.

This project symbolizes my dedication to innovation, growth, and making a positive impact.
